At B-Well Nation, you’ll choose from a huge variety of cardio fitness, strength training, and mind/body fitness programs. Our class descriptions below give you an idea of what to expect.
B-Well Nation Cardio Fitness Options
Club Shred– This group physical fitness class is an intense mix of strength and cardiovascular training. Strength training incorporates body weight resistance along with hand weights or resistance bands. Benefits of Club Shred include improved muscular strength and endurance, increased calorie expenditure, and greater post workout metabolism.
R.I.P.P.E.D.®– Experience this total body “plateau-proof fitness formula” workout combining resistance and cardio training. It’s a masterful combination of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and effective. Together, they make for a calorie-scorching, fat-torching program.
Turbo Kick LIVE – Intense cardio kickboxing moves combine with dance moves that are perfectly choreographed to high energy, motivating music. Intense intervals of strength and cardiovascular endurance, followed by a relaxing cool down, offer the ultimate cardiovascular challenge. This class can be modified to meet the needs of different fitness levels and abilities.
Zumba Fitness® – The famous Latin-inspired dance fitness class incorporates international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness experience. Zumba Fitness® integrates the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits and total body conditioning.
B Well Nation Mind/Body & Strength Training Programs
P90X® LIVE – Keep your body guessing and transforming with a variety of strength-training moves and core work. Strength training incorporates body weight resistance along with hand weights, barbells, and resistance bands. This fluid fitness format helps you build strong, lean muscle. P90X benefits include improved muscular strength and endurance, increased calorie expenditure, and higher post-workout metabolism.
Beginner Yoga – Introduction to yoga through vinyasa (flow) style practice. This class is appropriate for all body types and most fitness levels. Class includes standing, balancing, and deeper held floor postures. Yoga invigorates the body and calms the mind.
Chair Yoga (by session) – This gentle yoga class incorporates range of motion exercises, stretching, strengthening, body awareness, restorative breathing, and relaxation. It’s specifically designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Chair support is offered to safely perform both seated and standing poses.
PiYo LIVE™ – This unique class builds strength and increasse flexibility. It combines the best of yoga and pilates movements for body weight resistance training. Moves are choreographed to music and can be adapted to accommodate most fitness levels.
Children’s Fitness programs include Zumba Kids Jr.(R), Zumba Kids(R), and R.I.P.P.E.D. 4 Kids. These classes are offered seasonally by session throughout the year.
