Jenn Gadwell joined the staff of B-Well Nation Fitness Center in 2015. Jenn began practicing yoga in 2001 as a supplement to her fitness program. Yoga is the one consistent element that has remained through the years. Jenn completed her RYT 200 certification in June 2015 at the Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness in Beaver, PA.
Jenn believes yoga offers the ability to calm, cleanse, and connect. Calm is created in the centering practices of pranayama, meditation, and flow. Cleanse occurs in the physical practice of asana, and connection by adding these practice elements to the individual.
Jenn believes everyone can benefit from a yoga practice, and that the benefits will find the individual where and when one needs it. Yoga offers continued room for growth in body, mind, and spirit. There is always an opportunity to practice and develop. Jenn looks forward to her future challenges and growth, both as a student and as a teacher.
